| prices and payment
All prices are subject to change without notification. Payment of all items in full prior to goods being posted. All prices include 10% GST and are displayed in Australian dollars. The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart. It's user-friendly and secure, which means you can be sure that your personal details are treated with the utmost security and privacy.
At Giftables, we prefer Paypal - a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept credit card payment by Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa.
We are also more than happy to accept bank deposit, cheque or money order. Using these methods will require payment to be cleared before your order is sent. Allow 3-5 days for clearance.

| stock, materials and finish
All orders are subject to stock availability. Written confirmation of your order will be sent via email. Should any item be unavailable at time of ordering, you will be notified by email within 24 hours. Your order will be back ordered and all items will be posted together.
| paper stock
Many papers in our range are hand made and therefore the manufacturing process may result in variations between batches. This is completely out of our control. Samples are highly recommended should you wish to match specific colours.
Products seen on the online catalogue do not always represent an identical colour match. Colour reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
| exchange policy
At Giftables, we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 14 days for an exchange*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Exchange credit amounts for any returns will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
Important: No returns on opened products, food/candy etc. Items personalised as per order cannot be returned. Clothing items can only be exchanged for like items.
Please note: It is your responsibility to check all quantities and items prior to purchasing. No refund will issued for in correct purchase or quantities, 14 day exchange only.
| stock control
Giftables takes all necessary action to ensure that your stock is correct and checked prior to leaving our premises. However should there be an error in your order – ALL MISTAKES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER, after this time we accept no responsibility for any errors.
| missing or incorrect items
Please provide name, address and contact details and description of the goods that are incorrect/missing. This will facilitate the replacements with minimal inconvenience.
| cancellation
All orders are final. Please choose carefully. We do not refund simply because you have changed your mind.
| delivery
Allow 2 weeks deliver time on all floor stock items. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days if in stock. Should your order be urgent, prior checking of stock availability is highly recommended. All orders are sent via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, whichever the more cost effective option.
| delivery address and courier delivery
Please ensure that you are available to sign/collect your goods to avoid additional charges if you are not available to collect them. Giftables will not be responsible for misplaced or stolen orders left at your premises under this arrangement.
We cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays and damages. Urgent delivery can be requested and will be charged accordingly. Delivery times are the sole liability of the client/customer. We advise providing allowances for any unexpected delays when ordering. Shipping times quoted are once the order leaves our studio, not from when the order is placed. Production and packing times are not included.

Regular mail:
This service takes 2 or more working days, depending on your destination and is not trackable or insured . Generally, locations close or in major cities are delivered within a few days, while remote locations will take longer. Should your order be URGENT, please opt for Registered Mail, Express Post or Fastway Couriers or
Express Post:
Mostly the next working day if you fall within the next business day delivery network. Please visit www.auspost.com.au to check if your location falls within this network. Remote locations and destinations that fall outside the next business day delivery network will take longer for delivery. This service is trackable and generally very reliable. Recommended for urgent orders.

Available upon request. Any taxes, import duties or any other additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs agencies for details.
Airmail:
This service can take up to 12 wording days to arrive. The order is not insured or trackable. Not recommended for urgent orders.
Express Courier International:
Between 3-5 working days to arrive. The order is insured and trackable. Perfect for urgent orders where time is an issue.
| flat rate pricing
Shipping rate of $6.95 is for Australian orders only, delivered to an Australian address. All items will be posted via Registered Mail or courier, whichever is the more economic option.
Please Note: Express delivery is available upon request.
*Please note for bulky, heavy items freight stocks many vary from prices quoted above.
